And year after year it gets harder to lose the weight, harder to stick to the diets and harder to face the reality that the results aren’t happening.
The truth about diets is that 99% of them fail. They put us on a vicious cycle of trying, failing, gaining even more weight and repeating. Until eventually we feel hopeless about ever getting the weight off and just give up.
